Terms of Use for Fancy Tech Group CJSC Application
Welcome to the Fancy Tech Group CJSC application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. User Accounts

3. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Fancy Tech Group CJSC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
4. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit, post, or otherwise transmit through the App ("User Content"). You retain all your rights to your User Content, but you grant Fancy Tech Group CJSC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the App.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Fancy Tech Group CJSC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 7. Termination
Fancy Tech Group CJSC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Fancy Tech Group CJSC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fancy Tech Group CJSC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
Fancy Tech Group CJSC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App or through other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
